At Fabric Tales, every piece is crafted with care. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re happy to assist if something isn’t quite right.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible for Exchange

  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Incorrect item received
  • Size mismatch with what was ordered

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Exchange item must be of equal or higher value
  • Price difference (if any) and shipping charges will apply

Change of Mind / Preference-Based Exchanges

We understand personal preferences may change. Exchanges are accepted for reasons such as:

  • Fabric, color, or design preference
  • Fit concerns (please review our size guide before ordering)

Please note:

  • Return shipping will be arranged and paid by the customer
  • Standard delivery charges apply for resending the item

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Sale or promotional items
  • International orders
  • Customized, made-to-order, or specially discounted pieces

These items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or charged back.

When Exchanges Cannot Be Processed

  • Requests made after 14 days
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Missing tags, labels, or original packaging

Refunds & Store Credit

Fabric Tales operates on an exchange-only policy.

In rare cases—such as when a replacement is unavailable or a confirmed defect is present—store credit equal to the purchase value may be issued for future use.

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided they have not been dispatched
  • Once processing or dispatch begins, cancellations are no longer possible
  • Eligible refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or payment verification concerns.

Quality Concerns

If you notice any defect or quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Our team will review the case and assist accordingly.
