Ordering & Account

How do I place an order?

Shopping at Fabric Tales is simple. Browse our collection, select your preferred size or variant, and click Add to Cart. Review your cart and proceed to checkout to complete your order.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest.
However, creating an account allows you to:

  • Track your orders
  • View past purchases
  • Save your shipping details for faster checkout

How do I create an account?

Click on Sign Up and fill in the required details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Once registered, you can sign in anytime using your email and password.

How can I update my account information?

Log in to your account and visit the My Account section. From there, you can update your shipping address, contact number, and other personal details.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on Forgot Password on the sign-in page and follow the instructions. For security reasons, we cannot send your old password via email.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available across Pakistan
  • Bank Transfer – Details are shared at checkout or upon request
  • Debit/Credit Cards – Visa & MasterCard (secure online payments)

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

How does Bank Transfer work?

If you select Bank Transfer at checkout:

  1. You will receive our bank account details
  2. Complete the transfer within 24 hours
  3. Share the payment receipt via WhatsApp or Email
  4. Your order will be processed once payment is verified

Important: Orders will not be shipped until payment confirmation is received.

Is Cash on Delivery safe?

Yes. For COD orders, payment is collected in cash by the courier at the time of delivery.
Please ensure you have the exact amount, as delivery agents do not carry change.

Can I open my COD parcel before paying?

No. Courier policies do not allow parcels to be opened before payment is made.

In which currency will I be charged?

  • Orders within Pakistan are charged in PKR
  • International orders are charged in USD

Shipping & Delivery

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are shipped via registered courier services to the address provided at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

  • Domestic orders : 7–10 working days
  • International orders: 15–20 working days

If your order is delayed beyond this timeframe, please contact us.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery may be available in select cities only. Please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order to confirm availability.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Each order can only be delivered to one address. To ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
You can contact our support team with your Order ID to get the latest tracking update.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only before the order is dispatched.

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order
  • Once processing or dispatch begins, changes are no longer possible
  • Orders cannot be combined or modified after confirmation

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Fabric Tales operates on an exchange-only policy.
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item was delivered
  • There is a size issue

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

What if I just changed my mind?

Preference-based exchanges (color, design, fit) are accepted:

  • Return shipping will be paid by the customer
  • Standard delivery charges apply for the exchange item

Are sale or discounted items exchangeable?

No. Sale, promotional, customized, or international orders are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

What happens if a product is faulty or damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
After review, we will arrange an exchange or issue store credit if applicable.

Will I receive store credit?

In rare cases where an exchange is not possible, store credit equal to the item value (excluding shipping) may be issued for future use.
